iCadence - Troubleshooting



We are not insured of the mistakes and shortcomings. In case of iCadence malfunction you can contact the developer via e-mail or make a statement on the Support page.

If the program has stopped running or misbehaves, try to reset the program. To do this, exit the program (by pressing Home) on the home screen, remove the iCadence from the taskbar (double-click the Home button and whisk up a program iCadence). After that, go to the settings of your device, look for the settings of the program iCadence and turn on the "Reset all settings". The next time you start the program, all settings will be reset to the default values ​​(including custom time signatures). Your presets will not be removed, but to load the old preset you will need to go to the preset manager and select it. If you use a custom preset time signature, it will be restored when loading a preset.

The current version is supported by only on these devices with the operating system iOS 7: iPhone®, iPod touch® and iPad®. * The program does not support in iOS 6 and in earlier versions of the operating system.
